About Us
The Richmond Liberty Alliance is comprised of folks that have finally had enough of excessive spending by our government, who are dismayed with the continual expansion of government, all while individual rights are being eliminated with each unread bill that is passed.
Many of the founders were organizers of the Tea
Parties that spawned this new revolution, and have
recognized that there is a need to develop these
relationships between like-minded citizens and the
groups that they represent.
We recognize that there are many activist groups already established, and it is our goal to support those groups and their efforts. Each of these groups have their own charters and agendas, and we encourage citizens to research these groups to find the one that best fits their personal beliefs and goals.
The Richmond Liberty Alliance will act as a support system and to facilitate
communication between the groups and those citizens
that want to become active....to make a difference!

Mission / Charter
The Richmond Liberty Alliance has been formed by
a group of concerned citizens interested in
taking back our country from an increasingly
over-reaching government, with a focus on
returning the "power to the people".
The RLA is designed to encourage citizens to get
involved in the process by introducing them to
groups and organizations that are already leading the charge for liberty.
The RLA will support citizen activist events and
will promote rallies and protests to
encourage all of us to stand together against
encroaching tyranny.
The RLA was founded under the principle given to
us by Ronald Reagan: "You can
accomplish much if you don't care who gets the
credit."
RLA Staff
Mickey White
Frustrated by a government that has increasingly lost touch with the foundation of America (a Government of the People, By the People), Mickey decided to get involved. Her experiences over the last several months, starting with the Tea Party movement, has inspired her to reach out to her fellow citizens to encourage them to reconnect with their Government and each other. Mickey believes that for too long "We the People" have been complacent, and we've allowed our government to operate without oversight and accountability. It's time to remind those elected to represent us; that they work for us. We can only do that effectively if we all work together. Email
Jim Smyers
Just an ordinary citizen with an extraordinary fear of the direction this government is headed and the plans it has for its people. He has rededicated his life to thwarting the assault on our liberties and to promote the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. Email
Lisa Everington
Just like many of you, Lisa became involved with the Grassroots movement in February 2009 when it became apparent that our freedoms and Constitution were under attack by our own representatives and the administration in Washington. Since then she has been actively involved with many of the 9/12 groups in the Richmond area. Unlike paid activists from the other side, Lisa's compensation is knowing that she is doing the right thing for our Country by working to restore what our Founding Fathers worked so diligently to create. Eric McGrane
Concerned for the direction of the country, Eric has decided to get off the sidelines and to become an active participant in the defense of freedom and the historical structure of U.S. government. He is "silent no more". Email
